Jersey Mike's Subs - Pearl City

The bread appeared to be fresh, although they had leftover wheat bread from my previous visit. The regular sandwich was a bit pricey at ten dollars. I ordered the meatball sandwich, but the bread was not toasted properly. Even when I ate it right away, it turned out to be a soggy mess. The meatballs were barely warm, and the sauce didn't provide enough heat to melt the cheese. I was very disappointed.

Our new favorite sandwich spot! My kids say they'll never go back to Subway after trying this place!

The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick. It definitely outshines the other restaurants.

My family frequents this Jersey Mike's and it's a good thing the food is good, because the service is so disappointing everytime. I waited 20 minutes for a hot sandwich today when there was hardly anyone else waiting. When I came back to check on it, the local lady working rolled her eyes at me. Rude, impatient, and slow.

Everytime I go there the staff is polite and engaging. They will make your sandwich how you want if you tell them specifically before they start making the sandwich. They usually have enough staff when I go in there. It's a great place to eat.
