Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Pearl

The manager, Jeremy, and his team are incredibly friendly. I visited to pick up a birthday cake and grab some lunch. The newly opened interior is very clean. I never have to wait long, and my food is always freshly prepared. I prefer coming here over other places because, at McDonald's drive-thru, you end up waiting around 20 minutes, while at Dairy Queen, it’s just a few minutes.

The burgers and chicken dishes are excellent, and the ice is fantastic! The staff are friendly and the management is top-notch. There's plenty of parking available and the service is quick. Great job overall!

Although we didn't order from Dairy Queen, I just had a great conversation with one of the most courteous managers I've encountered in the fast food industry. He took the time to call me personally to follow up on an inquiry I made about an order. His professionalism, helpfulness, and politeness were truly impressive. I wish there were more individuals like him in fast food establishments. If I lived in Perle, I would certainly make a point to visit his restaurant regularly. The young lady I spoke with prior to him was also a delight. Thank you, Jeremy, for being one of the good ones. Your efforts do not go unnoticed!

The night ladder on 7/10/22 on Sunday was super nice. The blizzards made only the way they should all dqs!

We went because we wanted to get the dipping cone, I had to wait almost 15 minutes until I never had to wait for a DIPPED-CONE. So I went in to get it. the little girls who work were as if I were wrong. very rude staff.
