Queen's Pizza Subs - Pearisburg

My wife ordered a calzone, and I ordered a steak sub. After about 30 minutes, they brought out my wife's calzone along with two plates, but when my wife asked about my sub, they informed us that they hadn't even started making it yet. It took another 25 minutes for me to finally receive my sub, and at no point did they offer an apology for the poor service. I understand that my $20 may not seem significant, but it will be the last $20 they receive from us.

I really enjoy the hot subs here—I’ve tried them all, and they’re delicious. The prices are also very reasonable!

I placed an order today, July 9th, and my wife went to pick it up on her way home. However, they gave our order to someone else. When I called that person, they asked them to return the food so we could take it instead. I can only imagine what the health department would think about that... Terrible service and a complete lack of organization.

Best in this area. Hands down
