フィードバックを提供するI?m very irritated with this Moes. Customer service is horrible, they rush you to order and then overcharge you for burritos. I clearly didn?t order Guacamole, so why am I being charged for it.
Went in as I?ve never tried a Moe?s before. This is a hard skip. Nothing special about this food flavors are bland. Not another soul in the place the whole time I was there that?s a sign. If you?re up for a quick burrito fix go to Chipotle or QDoba
Welcome to Moe?s! Great to be back! Tarik and his staff made our visit worth coming out. Everything was stocked, they cooked fresh veggies on request, had smiles on their face the entire time. Joshua took time to help each customer and was very polite and responsive. Glad to have them in the PTC community!
Easily the worst Moe's experience I have ever had. At this point, I'm starting to lose faith in the business given the recent atrocious service at numerous stores throughout the area. Placed an order for lunch pickup and arrived 2 minutes after the pick up time. Upon arrival, they did not have the order ready and took 3 walk in orders prior to beginning to fulfill mine. During the order, a staff member began to grill the onions and failed to adequately prepare the item before adding them to my order. Significant delays coupled with poor food quality ensures that I will never return to this location. I'm sure Chipotle would appreciate my business more than this branch.
After I placed an order through the app, the order ready time said 1:30pm. Arrived just before 2pm and none of the order had even been made and the 2 workers on staff were just standing around. When I asked where my order was, they shrugged without a care and slowly started to make my order. My husband ended up being late to work because of how late I got home with his lunch. I will not be returning to this location. Poor professionalism and not clean.
