An ominous odor permeated the storeThe bathrooms were dirty but at least smelled better than the restaurant.

So we tried three times over the past few days to get a vanilla frosty and as luck would have itThey were out again all three times we went.

From the speaker to getting our food took almost 20 minutes. The person working the window didn 't acknowledge us other than grabbing the credit card or shoving the food at us. The drinks weren 't even right. Inside is closed which I 'm sure is due to staffing issues. All of this screams a failure of ownership and management. Won 't go back.

I love this Wendy’s, but they were out of lettuce the last time I went. They have a new menu item the garlic fries. All I absolutely love the garlic fries. I think it’s the best thing Wendy’s has done. I also love the frosty chino. It is so good. The app does not have many good deals at all but the biggie bags and the four for four are still so good.
