Smoothie King - Peachtree City

Not a big smoothie fan, came in w the hubbs and decided to look at the menu, Im doing Keto right now so i cant have a lot of the smoothies due to the high carbs and sugars, Smoothie attendant directed me towards a menu which has the nutritional info ! It was a big help! Got the Keto champ cold brew! It's coffee flavored and a bit nutty.. I'm not mad at it!! Doesnt taste too sweet either.

The staff is pretty much younger teenagers, and service shows it. Last couple times I’ve come in I’m waiting for their personal convos to be over before they start my order, even as the only customer in store. The smoothies are good, but it’s frustrating.

So I've visited this place before, but today I sent my 12-year-old alone and she came back with a half-filled 32 oz. Becher, because she said the store is from 20 ounces of lid. The 32-oz cup was exactly half full, now I'm not small, but it seemed like 16 oz. Since this was said, I went back to ask for a full 20oz, the teenagers who started working to giggling and whisper to each other, the man, Zachary said ok and went on to say Zoe and she said she remembered the girl. After waiting for my drink to be restored for about 10 minutes right before them. Zachary asks me if he can help me? I said, my drink that you said you understood when I asked about the remake. He said he won't destroy it. They saw that I was waiting there all the time, but none of the three took the time to either confirm that they would not help me or make them for me. So I said I didn't understand how they wouldn't make a simple drink for a client whose family and friends spend a lot of money there. I asked for the manager and said there are no managers today. I asked about her name and company number and he said he didn't know the company number. Do you want me to say that? I will not return to this smoothie king. It will be Planet Smoothie for me and my family. No bad service.

Best experience and customer service I?ve had in a long time! Lilly, Jasmine, and Noah were very gracious and respectful. They took my order down immediately and got it to me fast! Their great conversation made it seem even faster. Me and my wife live almost exactly 10 min between 2 smoothie Kings and we go a lot, but this will be the only one I go to from now on. Thanks for making things fun but still safe with everything going on in the world.
