Mellow Mushroom - Peachtree City

We have dined at this restaurant multiple times and every meal has been fantastic! The terrace is absolutely lovely. The service has been top-notch on every visit. The pizzas are delicious and the salads are always fresh!

The restaurant was as fantastic as always. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in the door and our drinks were served promptly. Our server made sure we were well taken care of and the manager even checked in to see if everything was to our liking. I ordered the veggie pizza with vegan cheese and extra vegetables, and I appreciated that they used paper straws instead of plastic. My partner also enjoyed using the paper straws.

The dining experience was disappointing at this restaurant. The food was cold and the service was slow. The waitress seemed to either have a serious attitude or be in a very pleasant mood. I have been to other places with better food and service, so I am not sure why this experience was so terrible. Additionally, I accidentally left my phone on the table and when I returned an hour later to find it, there was confusion about what happened to it. My partner had to threaten to call the police to report the stolen phone as the manager discovered that it had been switched off, even though it was still at 50% charge when I left it. After reviewing surveillance footage, the manager found that a member of the staff had taken the phone, tried to disguise it in the trash, and then hid it under the reception desk. The staff member claimed the phone had fallen into a mop bucket and gotten wet, but it was found dry and in working condition.

We were here many times and our meals were great every time! The terrace is very nice. The service was excellent every time. Pizzas are delicious and salads are fresh!

You were great as always. We were greeted when we went in the door, our drinks and food were served very timely. Not only was our server up to make sure we were happy, but also were asked if everything was great by the manager. I got the veggie pizza and left it under the mozzarella with the vegan cheese. And let them add some extra vegetables. I was glad they were using paper straw instead of plastic straw. My husband discovered the paper straws.
