Creekside Steak House Tavern - Payson

A very good place to stop in whether it be for a drink (very good margaritas! a meal (good food and specials especially on the weekends or for a nice weekend out of the valley heat. The staff is friendly and very amenable during the week and weekends. Jamie and her team do a great job of taking care of patrons and guests. We have frequented the Creekside for years and this is above and beyond previous years.Highly recommended!!

Forgot to take a picture... my husband and I both got burgers that were very good! The only downside was that we had to ask for ketchup, salt, and napkins after our food was served. We will definitely stop in again if we are in the area!

One of the great hidden gems of Arizona! The Food, service, and atmosphere is top notch! I Highly recommend the Ribeye, burgers and Buffalo Chicken wrap!!Massive shout out to the GEMS behind the bar Ashley, Hope and Jamie as they have an arsenal fantastic mixed drinks that will help you forget any lousy hunting trip!!

The only reason for the two stars is because the food was absolutely excellent. Service however couldn't have been worse. Our waitress looked bored acted like she didn't want to be there and really didn't want to wait on us. Brought out our food, dropped it on the table. Never saw her again until it was time for the bill. Never once checked on us to refill drinks ask how things were and see if we needed anything else. (Which we needed all the above) Probably some of the worst service we've ever had. We had intended on going to the Landmark but unfortunately it was closed. I will reiterate that the food was excellent but the service was absolutely the poorest we've had in a long time. If you're not swilling down drinks at the bar they really don't have much need for you. Do not recommend!

This place is a hidden gem ? in Arizona. If you are in the rim country this is a must stop. Great atmosphere, amazing staff and off the highway so all you can hear is the wind in the trees.
