Arby's - Payson

The food has consistently met my expectations. I'm always pleased with the quality I receive. I've rarely, if ever, had an issue with my dishes being messy or mishandled.

I'm not sure what's happening, but every time we go to Arby's and order beef and cheddar sandwiches, we always end up with classic roast beef sandwiches instead. Last night was no exception; we ordered six beef and cheddar sandwiches, and only two were correct—the rest were classic roast beef.

I don’t eat fast food very often, but Arby's is one of my favorites. They offer a great variety of options at reasonable prices.

I went through the drive thru...I was the only car. Took forever to get my order after I paid. Drove home to discover I was given the wrong order. Drove back explained I was recently in the drive thru and was given the wrong order. The manager spokewith employee about another order that was wrong then looked at my ticket to see how much time had elapsed and told them toremake my order. I told him I wanted to make my order a meal. They charged me the difference which I paid...however I feelthe fries and drink should have just been comped for good customer service. I spent more in fuel driving the 10 miles to getwhat I ordered.

If you go in the service is great. You get everything you order. It's clean and friendly. However if you go through the drive through some employees seem bothered and rude or rush. Then you have to check carefully because you don't always get the rightorder and when you do you're missing items.
