It doesn’t just serve meals; they also offer a variety of native delicacies, including butter scotch, polvoron, biscochos, and many others. Many tourists visit specifically to buy these treats as pasalubong (gifts for loved ones) for their families. Even people living abroad often recommend that their balikbayan relatives bring these delicacies back with them when they return home.
A great spot to stop for snacks and souvenirs before heading to Iloilo Airport, conveniently located along the highway. They offer all-day breakfast!
The quality of the food was disappointing. They served us inasal chicken that was nearly raw. It was extremely hot outside, and the staff did not take the initiative to turn on the air conditioning or even the fan. At that time, there were only two other customers in the restaurant. The staff member seemed more focused on her phone than on serving. Unfortunately, my last meal during my vacation in Iloilo was a letdown.
Stop by and buy authentic, homemade Ilonggo delicacies to bring home at the Original Biscocho Haus branch here. Don't go home without it!
My favorite Corned beef and Grilled ensaymada!
