Waited 35min for drive thru, had to go in and asked about order said they was waiting on quarter ponder. After wait fries and nuggets were cold. Forgot sauces... Lady behind the counter kept the same pair of gloves on while handling money, trash, and then food. Didn't fill up the fry containers. Way to slow of service and too little workers to have 2 lanes open at once. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

I placed my order, and it showed up on the screen, but it wasn't even in the system. I had to tell them twice before they reentered the order. When I got to the pick-up window, I still had to explain what I ordered three more times, and they closed the window before I finished speaking. Then I had to move forward and wait while they prepared my meal again. When they finally handed it over, they forgot my drink. This isn't my first bad experience with McDonald's, but this was the worst.
