Il Cavallino - Pau

Clearly one of the best italian in Pau. You will dine in a white environment with a few hints of green and red, the italian flag and feel the love for the best of Italy. Ferrari and dolce vita items decorate the place. Seats are very comfortable, tables are wide, you're in for a nice moment!Food is great, made by an italian chef in an open kitchen. On sunday, they only serve pizza but you won't be disappointed. The staff is friendly, service is quick. Really a Ferrari level restaurant!

I felt I'm in south Italy , real fresh food with most warm hospitality of the chef Rocco. Very soft wine , the restaurant was a bit busy most probely more personnel required
