Panda Express - Patterson

I visit this restaurant for lunch and am always impressed by Alex. He consistently checks in on everyone and ensures that the place is clean!

I received quick service and the food was delicious. I ordered the mushroom chicken, which they made from scratch, so there was a slight wait. I usually order the plate, and everything tasted quite fresh. The wait was only a few minutes, so it wasn't a big deal. Wingstop and Little Caesars are right next door in the shopping center.

Please order online. I visited the restaurant around 1:30 PM on January 23, 2023, and placed my order. Normally, I check the display to see what ingredients are available before finalizing my order to expedite the process. However, the staff informed me that they didn't have enough of the items I requested. Ironically, they continued to serve the same dish to three customers who arrived after me, and there was one more person dining in. I ended up waiting until almost 2:05 PM to receive my order, which took 35 minutes to prepare. Unfortunately, it seems like the staff in this location doesn't value customers' time.

No fresh food or no food made every time I go there. Customer service tell the customer no you didn't order a bigger plate when we have. I gave it way to many chances and I will never go back to this establishment. I only wish I can mark 0 stars. The employees need to be maxed out at 5 bucks an hr that's the type of service you are getting. I feel sorry for the owners.

I went on sunday and had the most friendly employees take my order, i think their names were stephanie and julia. although there was some rude customers when i went, they were very nice and patient. those girls deserve a raise.
