フィードバックを提供するI ordered online at 8pm and it said my pizza was in the oven at 8:15 pm. I arrived at 8:40 and it still showed on the app that the pizza was still in the oven. After waiting patiently for 15 minutes, the young lady finally asked if I had been helped and I said no that I had placed an online order. She went back and brought me a cold pizza that was probably just sitting there for a good while. I know the young kids are trying but this has been the 3rd out of 5 times this has happened. I love the pizza when it’s freshly made hence why I come back. Hoping upper management sees this and trains the young staff to have systems in place such as communication amongst their own staff.
I spent $70 on 2 pizzas. And sides when I receive my food. It was completely burnt did not realize until I got home. I called up asked him to fix the issue once I receive the pizzas. They were completely drenched in oil.I will never go back. To this location.Absolutely discussing
Foods always pretty good, but everytime I do a mobile order they forget the crazy sauce with the crazy bread and when I ask for it they get attitude like it comes out of their pocket.. I just want my sauce that I paid for.. (Karen rant over)
It's feels so empty/lonely. The employees are all in the back making to go orders. But employees are still attentive to customers when they arrive.
Id leave a lower rating if i could. They need to fire every person working at this little Caesars or do a drug test on every employee. Theres no way the dudes working at this little caesars have a high school diploma, i went there and they seemed to get everyones order wrong and everyone was waiting beyond 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes for some cheesy bread.... And when i asked the guy at the register who seemed like hes mentally handicapped or high if i could get a free soda or ranch for the wait time, he said no. DONT GO HERE.
