Arturo's Pizzeria - Paterson

One of my favorite places to order from! The food is consistently fresh and delicious. Those who have negative things to say about this restaurant clearly don't appreciate it.

I ordered delivery for my team, and they estimated a wait time of 30-45 minutes, but it ended up taking nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive. I was very disappointed with the service and ended up sending the delivery driver away. Service rating: 1/5.

The pizza was decent, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. This was only my second visit, and both times I encountered a staff member who was quite racist. During my first visit, I was informed that only cheese pizza was available, and this time I ordered two pepperoni slices but only received one. When I tried to explain to the man that I had requested two, he was rude and unpleasant, making me feel uncomfortable while I waited for the second slice. I expected much better service.

Ordered penne vodka with shrimp and garlic knots. The penne vodka was good but could have used a couple more shrimp but overall satisfied with taste and portions given. The garlic knots were pretty good, a decent amount of garlic butter sauce around the knots and toasted very good. Would definitely come back again!Food: 4/5

Said they didn’t deliver in an area they claimed to deliver in……. Make it make sense. Food was terrible ????????
