Like most Mexican restaurants the menu is very busy. They did have fish tacos as a special today at 2.50 but we decided to order taco salads. The overall atmosphere of this restaurant is quite nice very clean. Our server. Was nice and pleasant, and our food came quite quickly, which was a bonus. The salsa was a little bit soupy. I personally like chunky salsa, but some people may like it this way. The steak salad was seasoned well but the bell peppers and onions were under cooked…. almost raw.The taco salad on the other hand was half chicken half beef, which was a specially order. It was very good and tasty. Did not try any alcoholic beverages, but they had a very well stocked bar.I would call this a very quaint, Mexican restaurant off the beaten path. The ladies bathroom was very clean, as was the whole restaurant. They do have high chairs. If you want to bring your children, I actually think it would be a good place to bring your kids.Vegetarian options: Pretty easy all you gotta do is just add cheese. No me do anything basically on the menu.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs, and since it’s not a huge restaurant, children would feel at ease plenty of things on the wall for them to look at and catch their attention.Parking: Parking is on the southside and west side of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: They have parking right up front. Big double doors to get a wheelchair in an out with ease.
My husband and I are here for the first time with our Grandson and we all really enjoyed it, everything was fresh and tasty.Food: 5/5
Nice place had a few drinks after work! I will try the food next time! Excellent service !?Service: 5/5
I stopped on a whim while traveling, and I am very glad I did! I was greeted immediately and welcomed. Chips were thin and crisp, and the salsa was flavorful, mild, and not a strong cilantro flavor. I added a bit of hot sauce since it was just me, and I like it a little spicy. For my lunch, I chose the Shrimp de Diablo. This is a dish of large shrimp and onions sautéed in a hot sauce based sauce. Combined with very tasty beans and rice and warm corn tortillas. They absolutely nailed the lunch. The Diablo Shrimp was fantastic with the shrimp perfectly cooked in a sauce with while spicy was rich and deeply layered with flavor. All too often, restaurants think spicy just means hot, but heat should be a layer in the dish, not the only thing you taste or feel. The beans were well flavored, and the rice was the best I have had in a restaurant, and again, it was due to the flavors. I will absolutely stop here any time I pass through.
Food was really good. I suggest the Patron Dip. The staff was very friendly. The service was very fast. Definitely will be eating here again.Food: 5/5
