The Backyard On Thirteenth

After a long day of big surf, nothing beats enjoying delicious food that feels like the best on Earth!

We had a wonderful experience at the backyard during a visit with friends. Although the temperature soared to 109°F, there was plenty of shade and mist to keep everyone cool. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The drinks were excellent and refreshing. I highly recommend the backyard for a date night or lunch with friends or family. Additionally, if you're looking for a great spot to hold a meeting, the backyard is ideal. We will definitely return!

This restaurant offers a truly unique and entertaining twist compared to its neighboring BBQ joint. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. I tried the vegetarian smashburger and was pleasantly surprised by its spicy flavor, as veggie burgers can often be quite bland. My husband ordered the smash burger and couldn't stop raving about it. The fries were great too, although they weren't the main highlight of the meal. The beer selection was impressive, but the prices for bottled water were quite excessive—$5 for a small bottle. The soft drink menu was limited, but overall it was a good experience.

We had dinner here our high season sample and it was amazing! we rented the cabanas and fire places for 4 hours and it was the perfect place. the owners are so nice and helpful! I can't say enough good things about the room, hospitable to the staff, eat and drink! one must for all occasions!

What a great place it really is like having a beer in your backyard. Super chill environment. People were great friendly and helpful. Lots of good beer choices, music was good and food was perfect to go with beer! Would definitely go back!!
