Eleven Twenty-two Cocktail Lounge Speakeasy

Our favorite spot to hit when we visit Paso. The service is great the ambiance is on point. Really cool atmosphere and the drinks are off the charts good. Ask about recommended off menu/back pocket cocktails when you're there. No picture uploads because you cannot use your cell phone while inside.

We had the best time here. The ambience is spot on. First of all they only allow groups of four to enter at a time. Once inside your tone must be kept at a minimum level (speakeasy). The drinks were perfect. I love a good old fashioned and will be the first to tell you if it's bad. These old fashioneds were some of the best I have had. We actually had them make us 2 750ml bottles of old fashioned to take back to camp with us. They do not allow pictures inside and your phones get locked in a bag that you keep with you during the visit. I would highly recommend this spot if you are in the area.

Eleven Twenty Two definitely gives you that speakeasy vibe starting with locking your phones in a pouch before you enter! No pictures allowed, which keeps its mysterious personality. We were seated inside and the menu provided a multitude of cool, unique drinks! Drink orders were: T Tea Grasshopper Milk Punch NTS Monkey Gland My personal favorite was my own drink which was the Grasshopper Milk Punch! It was very interesting and tasted like mint chip!

The No Cellphone policy at 1122 Speakeasy in Paso Robles might have limited my usual share of vibrant cocktail photos for my review, but it certainly didn 't hamper the overall experience. We got the feel they were after and managed to take a few exterior pictures.We kick-started our visit with a Butter Pecan Old Fashioned, a DeadBolt, and an NTS. The expertise and precision involved in crafting these cocktails were apparent in every flavor-packed sip. We are already looking forward to our next visit, hoping to nab a prime spot at the bar.Securing a bar seat is like grabbing a front-row ticket to a mesmerizing show – the bartenders here are incredibly skilled performers!

Best Speakeasy I've been to. Great vibe, ambience, set of rules, no cellphones hence no real pics. Amazing concoctions and nearly all their flavors are house made. Have to wait a few minutes when not busy out front but it is worth it and part of the experience, you'll see.Food: 5/5
