The Pullet - Pasig

Serves chicken and chips. I took out a portion with a side of coleslaw. The tenders were quite ok as were the chips and coleslaw. Nothing memorable about it. As they say, it's best to have it with beer!

So here is their chicken and fries.. I was not really satisfied cause their menu were quite frankly pretty expensive and their servings did not do any justice! The taste was normal nothing really special about it. What I just liked was the maple syrup sauce cause it's sweet and it happens to really goes with the chicken.

Awesome fries ???? yo!! Didn't expect this to be spicy!! So when I realized that IT WAS SPICY, I'M QUITE HAPPY ABOUT IT! Bacon and fries never fail. YUMMERS ????????????

Ordered the chicken and waffles. The syringe worked for its presentation but didn't really do much because the volume of sauce in the syringe was so little. Waffles were decent and the chicken was seasoned right. I was enjoying my food until I noticed that my fried chicken was undercooked! There was blood oozing out of the meat. Upon complaining the server said that the blood was just from the bone (clearly it wasnt just from there) and they'll cook it again if I want. No apologies whatsoever. I was so pissed off I ended up not eating it at all. Go to Industrie Food loft for the sisig balls in another stall but avoid this at all costs. You're better off going to Cow & Chicken Modern Dining in Kapitolyo to satisfy your chicken & waffles craving.

First time trying Industrie Food Loft in City Golf Plaza. I got a little overwhelmed with the selection of food but ended up choosing The Pullet. I ordered their chicken + mac and cheese. I loved their chicken, with the crispy skin and soft and juicy center, made even more special with their honey maple "syringe". The mac and cheese was so-so but I like how it's a little bit spicy. A big plus for its value for money as this 2pc chicken with mac and cheese only costs PHP 215 (I think). Sulit!
