Monarca Ice Cream - Pasco

The restaurant offers a variety of crepes and a wide selection of ice flavors, along with many other intriguing desserts.

One of the staff members was quite rude and seemed unwilling to help. I ordered a crepe, and when I made a request for chocolate syrup and powdered sugar on top, I received just that—powdered sugar was on the paper instead of on the crepe itself.

Excellent food. Friendly ladies. I loved my food and the service thank you.

Went to Monarca ice cream , the one in Pasco and the customer service was horrible. The girl didn’t know what I wanted when I said can I have the coffee , when it was clearly on the monitor . She said we don’t serve coffee and when I pointed it

The crepes were exceptional! Just a heads up: the staff struggled a bit with English, but if you point to the menu, they'll bring you some incredible dishes that you'll love.
