La Mexicana - Pasco

Whenever I find myself in Pasco, my kids always insist on taking me to this place. There are so many different paletas to choose from, with a wide variety of flavors. The raspados are also fantastic.

I pre-ordered a party-sized box of paletas two weeks in advance from this Paleteria. When I arrived with two friends as planned, the staff informed me that they had not called me that morning to let me know they had run out of paletas. The owner was unresponsive when I asked for an explanation. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service has left us highly disappointed. We have been customers in the past, but we will not be returning after this experience.

Delicious! Great food worth the stop. Menu in Spanish but ask the cook he understands English!

Pre ordered a carreton for paletas for our party with 2 weeks and advance. Show up to the paleteria at 3 like confirmed come to find out she tells me that they were going to call me in the morning to tell me they didn't have any. Messaged the owner to see what happened why i didn't get a call or text and of course she is not responding back. Very unproffecional and horrible customer service. We have purchased from you before but never again.

I love this place! Homemade ice cream sickles and the BEST taco truck in town!!
