Tommy's Original World Famous Hamburgers

When my friends and I stopped here 2 days ago, there were signs posted indoors stating that this location will close on Sun, Apr 3, 2022

The food amazing as always ! The strawberry shake was delicious. Triple burger delicious as well ! But the staff is horrible, the old lady that gave me my food gave me a dirty look when I asked for yellow chili peppers. She gave a small pack and I asked for more and got another dirty look. Wow ! The lady that took my order also was questioning my order because I ordered a large milkshake and I guess she thought it was too big for me, she showed me the large size, I was like yea large is fine. Yes I didn't finish all my food but what does she care! I don't like to be judge for ordering a large order. FYI female 5'8 135lbs. But it's my business what I order not the staff.

Terrible service. this was my first time at this location and i am never coming back. i love the chili cheese fries and never had a problem with the food or workers at the el monte location. i drove up to the drive thru window and noticed that there was a guy working in the kitchen so i waited thinking he'd come after hes done with what hes doing. i waited and as time passed, him and his coworker did not come to me once... their drive thru hours said its till 10:00pm and i had gotten there at 9:40. waited 10 mins and not one person helped me out or at least tell me that they are closed when they were looking at me through the window while they were in the kitchen. if they had let me know that they already closed and were no longer taking orders i wouldve respected that more. do not sign up to work in the food industry if you're going to treat customers like this. so rude.

As you would expect great chili dog and chili burger.

If you've got five extra minutes head to the Tommy's in Eagle Rock, the food and service are better at that location.
