Hartz Chicken Buffet - Pasadena

I tried the buffet and usually, I don't go for buffets. I really enjoy fried chicken, which my mother often chose. She loved it, and while the pieces seem smaller now, they still taste good. The buffet had a decent variety of food, but I found it to be pricey considering the quality.

The buffet food sometimes appears old, and when I request replacements, the staff can be quite unhelpful and defensive. On my most recent visit, I even found a fly in my macaroni. When I politely asked for a refund, they responded rudely and refused to help. It’s disappointing to see such a decline at a place I once loved.
