フィードバックを提供するI enjoy exploring different dishes, and last night we tried the spicy tuna on crispy rice and the pear and prosciutto pizza. The pizza was amazing and definitely worth ordering again; we actually ended up getting a second one. On the other hand, the spicy tuna was a letdown. The rice was neither crispy nor fresh; it tasted stale and soggy, as if it had been sitting around for a while and had a flavor reminiscent of old oil. The tuna was decent but not spicy at all. For $21, I wouldn’t recommend it, as the portion was quite small. All in all, it was a fun date night, but be prepared to spend a bit.
IPIC does not validate parking, despite what their website states. Throughout the movie, the waitstaff was quite noisy while taking orders and delivering food. On June 9th, the men's restroom and escalator were unavailable due to maintenance. On a positive note, they offer soft, comfortable blankets for guests at no extra charge. While the staff was friendly, I found the prices to be quite high.
**Food:** There’s a small table between the seats for your food and drinks. I came in with low expectations, as most theater food in America hasn’t impressed me before. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty our selections were. The Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls can be fried or baked—I’m not entirely sure which we had—but the crispy wrapper and generous filling were delightful. While the flavors weren't extraordinarily bold, they were still quite enjoyable. You absolutely must try the truffle fries; they’re addictive! Both items made for great movie snacks. We also ordered the Burrata Margherita Pizza with a thin crust, which was also quite good. **Service:** The young staff members were hardworking and attentive. They took our orders and served our food right to our seats, and they were very helpful and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned up the area after our movie ended. Overall, they made the experience truly worthwhile!
Service had definitely gone down here. We loved coming here for the comfort and ease. But for the prices you're paying I'm disappointed in the service. We were never greeted by a server. We had to push the call button in order to just get a menu since no one told us the wi-fi passcode to scan at the menu. You are a couple stories underground so you need their WiFi password to get online. Our food arrived well before we got our water and drinks. When asked for a refill it took almost 20 minutes for our server to come back with it. It's unfortunate because I love watching movies here.
Soooo I'm not one for extravagant things... my brother in law took us out for kung fu panda 4 and went all out... let's just say.... it was worth Honestly, you can't tell it's a theater, lol.... even when you walk in, it feels like you're going into an underground club, and when you get down to where all the theaters are, it's an open space for you to wait for your movie. There is a pool table, and it was just really different. The service was great, Jovie was such a fun host and was able yo get everything to us in a timely manner. The servers usually try and get the food before the movie starts, so you can just watch and enjoy. The food... soooo usually, there is nothing to say about theater food it's theater food. How good can it be, right? Welllll.... they sure showed me... because the dang food was delicious lol. The sliders, the wings, churro. Popcorn... was allllll delicious. They're fried Mac and cheese... was good texture wise but lacked in flavor. But over all the food.was delicious. IpIc will be one of those go to spots for big movies. So we will definitely be back
