Burger King - Pasadena

I ordered a fish sandwich meal using the touchscreen kiosk at the restaurant. The machine displayed a receipt, but it did not print out. The sandwich had a slightly bitter taste, but the rest of the meal was enjoyable.

The jalapeño poppers are hollow and the staff refused to give a refund or replacement.

Incompetent cashier and manager. 7 attempts to enter a simple BK App code failed. Success on 8th attempt in 15 mins. Impossible Whopper seeded bun disintegrated upon touch, either stale, old, or previously frozen. Disappointing experience overall. District Manager reached out after my complaint and replaced inferior quality product.

The breakfast sandwiches at Jack-In-The-Box are much better than the ones I had at Burger King. There is no competition.

I'm sorry the restaurant wasn't clean. parking space and car thru not easy to reach. the staff was nice and good.
