Impeccable management welcome made by people who want to believe in restorative work. I ate an excellent and tasty pizza. I recommend it for a quiet dinner.
We went three to spend a night together. Thursday evening, semi-empty place, as well as our other 2 tables. The waiter brings us the menu and after having taken a look beyond the pizzas we decide to take an appetizer to nibble in 3..... In addition to the classic hot starters and portions of chips we notice the starter of the house, price €8, so compared to the classic appetizers we expect something substantial.... This choice took place in front of the waiter who couldn't even advise us.... Here I am appetizer of the house from €8 and we were disappointed, 3 mini triangles of panelle, 4 olives, 3 slices of spicy salami, 1 orange with butter and one with meat and a spoon of caponata..... Anyway, we eat I am put appetizer that costs more than a pizza and the cashier, not the waiter, takes the dish and the cutlery. After 10 minutes always the cashier takes the pizzas and disappears without giving us the clean cutlery (in the whole room we are in 3 tables, I dare not imagine what happens when the room is full)... After 5 minutes we don't see the cashier and neither do the waiter go directly to the kitchen to ask for the cutlery that I get brought by the waiter.... Let's eat pizza that is indecent and spoiled, uncooked pasta and seasoning quite little..... In conclusion a night to forget....
Embellished by the new management news, me and my girlfriend along with a couple of friends (including the lady in sweet wait) decide to book (for 20.30) since it was a Saturday night. Upon our arrival, we were forced to park on the road because the parking lot of the premises cannot contain many cars. Entering we noticed that the place was full of people and the waiters running from one side to the other in a musical noise (due also to the karaoke evening). We managed to stop one to let us know what our table was. At about 20.45 we ask if you can order, but who takes the commands is only a person for the whole room, so we must wait. 21.10 is finally our turn, we order an appetizer and 4 pizzas. The appetizer comes after 20 minutes, but the pizzas get enough. Around about 22.40 I see that customers near our table who ordered after receive pizzas, so I decide to go to personally inform at the cashier, after that for 2 times we had asked info to waiters without receiving any answer. I find the gentleman who deals with the commands and I ask why all this delay, the answer is as follows: _ Inappropriate response. So I ask if it is possible at least to have pizza for our pregnant friend, taking into account that customers who ordered after us have already received pizzas. I decide not to fight and sit at the table. Cmq after 20 minutes arrive the long-awaited pizzas (at 23.10). Moral of the fairy tale 2 and a half hours for 4 discreet pizzas with a lot of negative response to give to a customer who pays and does not want to feel answer in this way. I recommend to those who manage the premises to decrease the covers since you are unable to offer a good service, but especially to respond to the customer in a right and educated way. _
We waited for 3 long hours for 3 pizzas and a second of meat...considering that already the child had eaten the mini pizza.... arrived the appetizers and after 2 and a half to wait I asked the waiter how ever the pizzas had not arrived... tires of waiting is very hungry we went away and the cashier not that owner did the account of what we had to pay... absurd and also shame...
