Shan Shan Noodles

5/5 stars all across the board. The staff greeted me warmly, let me take my time with the menu and made wonderful suggestions. Once ordered, you can watch as they hand pull your noodles. The flavors are spicy but balanced. I tried the spicy beef, cumin lamb, the ma po tofu soup dumplings. Each dish was authentic, busting with flavor and worth every penny. The prices are more than fair and you get a lot of food per dish. Although I’d like to just order the same thing every time, I can’t wait to explore more of this menu! I highly recommend.

This is a perfect restaurant for anyone that enjoy Chinese style flour-based food. Its homemade dumplings, hand-pulled noodles, lamb, chicken dishes are very authentic and delicious. Service is timely and friendly. Highly recommended.

Good large soups, fast service, lots of meat in soups, cheap. Interior of restaurant isn't too fancy. Homely quality. Friendly staff.

Authentic Chinese cuisine. Best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Everything tastes so fresh and delicious, they give large portions, and it’s affordable. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Will be coming back!!
