フィードバックを提供するI ordered through mobile service and had to wait 25 minutes when the estimated time was 12 minutes. When I asked why my order was taking so long, the worker told me that too many people were ordering. I had other plans in my schedule so I tried to cancel but the worker told me that I had to get back in line to cancel it. The service was absolutely terrible. Food: 4

Have had issues where I was double charged and had to dispute the charges 4 times already. Also agree with others as the service is extremely slow.
