Istanbul In Parra - Parramatta

Actually had a slightly different experience to other reviewers. I frequent this place because the food is some of the best in Parramatta.  I highly recommend their charcoal shish kebabs, you will not be disappointed.  I've had issues at times but the boss is happy to alleviate them all.

Used to come here very often but my last few visits at this place have been disappointing. I either order a chicken HSP or chicken burger. The quality of the food has downgraded and the food takes a while to be served. Disappointed to say the least because their food used to taste amazing.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!! Food arrived 45 minutes late and was inedible, went straight in the trash. When the owner was asked to correct the issue no offer was provided, It's ILLEGAL and a health hazard to deliver cold food, going to pursue this to the end!!

Nice food - Adana is fabulous and servings are generous. They are reasonably priced and these guys are always friendly to the kids. Good for a fast, lazy family dinner.

I went to this place with a couple of friends. I ordered a beef and chicken halal snack pack with garlic and barbecue sauce. When I received my order the man gave me just a beef snack pack with garlic, barbecue and chilli sauce. After I informed him that it was incorrect he just stared at me and didn't even offer to fix the problem. So I his decided to eat what I was given as I was starving. The food itself was good, but due to lack of good service probably won't come back.
