フィードバックを提供するYep, figured I 'd go to this one because I was in the area and it was my birthday. I also knew that my favorite server in the whole wide world. Katie had returned from maternity leave and I also know that my second favorite Dawn works on Saturday, so I did get to see both of them briefly, but that 's the extent of any goodness I have to say about this location,,,, again. Server took forever to take my order and the order took forever to come out and when it did come out the basted eggs should 've been returned because, nobody in this restaurant knows how to make basted eggs. There was so much snot still on them, they were inedible and I couldn 't eat them and everything else was cold. Roy Has owned this restaurant for 47 years apparently and he will never get it right hang up your skates and go glide somewhere else.
Just got my order from Denny's. I ordered 2 burgers wavy fries. Didn't get fries at all. Price is high, service is low. Burger patties were overcooked and so fat. They don't care about their customers at all.
This place took a dive at the beginning of the new year, 1/2023. The new GM is the most unprofessional, biggest idiot, I've ever seen at this Dennys in my 35 plus years going here. This is putting it nicely. She has no clue how to run a restaurant. She went from a waitress to an instant GM with no clue! Emma should be running this place. She is the one who would straighten this place out, or maybe they need to hire Will back as the GM. He cared about his employees, which this new GM does NOT. All she cares about is, cutting others hours, so she can line her pockets with bonuses for cutting labor costs. Several employees has quit, ones who had been there a long time. She's trying to rid the employees that's been there for years, so, she can hire in newbies and pay them minimum wage. There are employees there, that has been there 15 years, 24 years, 44 years. My husband saved this place in the middle of Covid. He was the head service attendant. He worked for month's double shifts, to keep this place going. There was another dish washer who came along a few months after him, He isn't half the worker, the head service attendant was. When the new GM came she put the weakest link above the head service attendant. She started making the top guy take a back seat to the weakest link. FINALLY, he found a new job and no longer has to take her ****. This place will be OOB, by summers end. There's very little business here and they have hardly any workers and the ones they have isn't worth a damn, except the few that's been there numerous years. You need to fire the GM and bring one in that isn't a pot head, and knows what there doing. Everyone is replaceable especially her. Also, I'm disabled. I asked to be hired for the hostess position. Right shortly after, she banned me from the restaurant because, I made a post on MY Facebook, which she wasn't even my friend on. I posted how does a waitress go to an instant GM. No reason to be banned at all. She fires everyone who makes her mad. She didn't want to hire me due to my disability so, she made a reason to ban me from there. Very low move. She's lucky I didn't sue her and Dennys.
Really bad customer service from Tamera she was so rude did not even ask how we where doing or if we needed a refill or something else I told her we where missing some pancakes and her answer to me was what do you want they where such in a hurry to go smoke other then that food was good.
Tamera took us to our table and proceeds to bring coffee and spill it because she was in a hurry. Never asked if we want other drinks either. All we could hear is it's been to busy, u need a break or smoke a cigarette. Then waited 15 min before we can order. Forgets some of our items. We also asked for more creamer and slams it onto the table. Crazy customer service. Won't be coming back anytime soon. Food was good.
