Domino's Pizza - Parma Heights

The staff at this restaurant were very rude. They messed up our order multiple times and insisted they couldn't assist us, telling us to call customer service instead. My children were upset and found the situation distressing.

I can't go wrong with a Domino pizza. love all their pastas. Do not forget the chocolate lava crunch cake!

Had a call for later in the night. I have made sure that they would still make a delivery at this time before I would give up my order. they confirmed that it could be delivered, my order and my payment. an hour passes, I'll call to check my order and they're closed. my food was never delivered and I did not receive any updating from the load to let me know that I would not receive my order. the type and wise how they take orders is via an outsourced call in the system. I wouldn't mind that my order is canceled, but if the load has not confirmed that they accept the order, they don't take the money of men. the next day I automatically refunded, again without order or notification what happened.

My order was delivered to the wrong apartment. I had requested that it be left on the patio to the right of the entrance door, but it was actually placed to the left. Unfortunately, the delivery person did not confirm the location by calling or texting, and it seems they have difficulty distinguishing right from left.

Blonder Supplies has the nicest person working there—his name is Adam, if I remember correctly. He definitely deserves a raise!
