Taco Bell - Parkville

This is my new favorite Taco Bell location, I was used to constantly sub par location on rt40 in East Baltimore. Now my Taco Bell travels are always fresh and the staff at this point are very friendly, always asking how to do on the speaker (it is the little things. Even in a packed drive-thru during lunchtime (thanks to COVID! , I am always impressed by the turn to orders. To round off everything, I had no soggy Taco since I pulled out of town and this is a nice thing! Go on! Update: docking stars for their dinner hours crew, have ordered twice online, orders are literally on the ingredients. 1. Visit: all crispy tacos were crushed (I understand that they sometimes break, but that was bad. 2. Visit, they immediately missed large tickets on my order. The second time, the food was cold that I had left behind, but they repaired the order... Check your bags before you drive through! Also, phone is almost always busy, so you are SOL. Great! All lunch warrants were, so they did this for them, I guess... The staff is also overwhelmingly friendly, so it could be worse. Updated as required.

My experience as follows: Mask wearing signs posted, staff had on mask, customer-friendly, fast and fast service, order was right, and food was hot and plentiful.

As a vegan it is difficult to find food that can be eaten. The taco bell holds the cheese. It is fast and easy for us vegans. Hit the ride thru late evening snack, lunch on the way, it works for me. Did I mention that I'm vegan?

The food was good and the staff was super friendly. That's one of the best Taco Bell's where I ate.

Talk about customer service excellence. I had the absolute pleasure of having destiny take my order at the drive through. When we pulled up we were greeted quickly and courteously, me being a fat boy of course I need a moment to see the menu. Destiny accommodated that and made sure I had plenty of time to review the menu. At the end of it I was asked to double check the screen to make sure the order was correct, stellar. When I arrived at the window to pick up my food, everything was there. And there was a ton of sauces ready to consume. When I tell you destiny put chik fil a to shame I cannot even begin to express it. Taco bell needs to give her either a raise, or escalate her to manager. 10/10 would reccomend, and it was one of the best experiences I have gotten in a long time!
