Dunkin' - Parkville

The two girls I ordered were both so nice and friendly. Great customer service.

I like this Dunkin ' and usually have quite good service and correct jobs, but what really bothers me is that they let their large groups sit down by regular customers along the entire inner side wall, maskless, for which knows how long, basically take every single seat. This was the case every time I stopped coffee before work in the morning, so I just decided elsewhere. You cannot enforce the rules for just some of your customers, while 12 people sit to socialize without masks.

Peace and blessings! Here’s my experience: Masks were optional, but the staff wore them at all times. They were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself was clean, the food was delicious, the deals were fantastic, and the donuts were extremely fresh!

The hazelnut coffee and the apple cinnamon pumpkin munchkins were absolutely delicious. The gentleman who served me was very kind and exceptionally professional.

This is the best Dunkin’ location around! The staff remembers your order if you’re a regular, and it's locally owned. The coffee and donuts are always fresh, and they offer some unique flavors that you won't find anywhere else.
