This restaurant should be shut down! I have been a customer here for three years and never had any issues. Today, I ordered my sandwich and when I tried to use a coupon, I was told they were no longer accepted because of a new owner. The employee explained that they are a franchise and do not follow the same guidelines as the company. Since the new owner took over in November, this place has been terrible. How can a Subway franchise not accept Subway coupons? I will be taking my business elsewhere. This place deserves no more than 1 star.
