Cortona - Park City

This is my third visit to Cortona in the past year, and the food continues to be delightful, paired with outstanding service. Even though I'm staying in Deer Valley, I wouldn’t hesitate to make the trip to Kimball Plaza for Cortona. Highly recommended!

This is a charming little neighborhood restaurant. While the decor is somewhat outdated, the food is generally quite good. We found the main courses to be more enjoyable than the appetizers, and the pasta really stole the show. Both the Veal Saltimbocca and Chicken Piccata were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The Wild Boar Bolognese was rich and flavorful, beautifully complemented by the delicious al dente pasta. The wine selection is a bit limited, so I think I'll just bring my own.

I had a wonderful experience at this charming little Italian restaurant, which truly feels like a hidden gem tucked away in a strip. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, giving it a local vibe. The desserts are fantastic, especially the Gelato, which is the perfect way to end the meal. The veal piccata was so delicious that it transported me straight to Italy, and the lasagna, made in a single crock, was so popular that it sells out every night. Highly recommended!

We had a nice dinner in Cortona during our ski tour. We come to Park City several times a year to ski, but this is our first time in this restaurant. The service was friendly, but the restaurant wasn't what we expected. A small location in a stripe marble that should be used throughout the room as not an additional table. My wife had one of the special appetizers, blue crab bruschetta and I had the grandmother meatball. Both were good, but we both agreed that the meatball and his sauce had too much oregano. For dinner my wife had the calf salt imbocca (very good) and I had the chicken parmigiana and pasta (also good, but again too heavy on the oregano. Many excellent Italian chefs will tell you that a little oregano goes a long way. For this purpose, this is a very good restaurant, which has to be tuned a bit fine to become a really excellent one.

We absolutely loved Cortona. First time visit tonight. We did Togo. Gnocchi was perfect. Lamb Bolognese very light and excellent Lasagna Great. Even the rolls were excellent. For the Finally Carrot cake with Pecans. Yum Really quality food !!! One of our top meals in Park City.
