The Bavarian Rockhampton - PARK AVENUE

Enjoyed their Octoberfest menu this visit, nice for a change. Drinks are little expensive though.

Of all the Bavarian restaurants I have been to, I liked this one the most. It is spacious with a separate family friendly area and an area for the fun lovers with big TVs around. Footy lovers would have fun watching a match in this restaurant. It's a restaurant which suits most people's wants in one place.

But looked at the menu Have not been there but a Jager schnitzel is venison as in Jager which is huntsman you don't hunt chickens just saying other items looked authentic like red cabbage sauerkraut ect

Good heavy German food, we had the Oktoberfest platter and had leftovers to take home. Wish there was more pork belly and sauce. Price is a little much but otherwise great atmosphere and beer.
