Time Flies - Paris

Always loved this little bar, but the new ownership took it to the next level! Great atmosphere, outstanding food, and friendly staff make this a permanent stop every time we are in town!

What an improvement. Out with the old owners that ran this place like a dive bar and in with the new owners who seem invested in create a great time. The place is fixed up and the food is excellent. Taco Tuesday is my favorite. It's nice to have a place in Paris that has a full bar and food options that is not a chain restaurant.

I was in Paris on business and decided to try this placecout due to having some of the best reviews in town. When I walked in, the atmosphere and decore was awesome but quickly turned south. This place could be absolutely phenomenal with just a few tweaks. First off there are no wait staff and no menus. You have to seat yourself and scan a QR code for the menu and then return to the cash register to order. I ordered the burger which was really good but the hand cut fries were cold and soggy. The food was delivered to our table fairly quickly but we never recieved our drinks. When I asked about our drinks, I learned that the single bar tender was responsible for all drinks and had a whole line of people waiting. I told the cashier that we were almost finished with our dinner so she finally went behind the bar to get our drinks only to tell me that they were out of their in house root beer that we had been waiting on. This restaurant could be great but definitely needs new management and some fixes because without it, I see them losing quite a bit of business. I would recommend trying this place because there aren't many other choices in town and hopefully they make some changes for the better.

We have found no place decent to eat when we're in Paris, so I googled found Time Flies and I'm so glad we did. BEST BURGERS IN THE UNIVERSE. super cool old school vibes which I loved as well. we we're not disappointed

Roll into town, swing by the tower to snap a pic and then hunt up some victuals and a beverage... walked into a you 're not from around here... sort of place but in a good way because, well, you know... I 'm not from around here ; took care of some necessary business and got a seat and a menu and an acey peary cidery thing at the bar. kitchen was about to close but they accommodated my request for a Smoked Brisket sammich which came out way sooner than I expected all hot and smokey and with sticky sweet red sauce and fries and pickles and some onion slices and a knife in its head. cut it in half and tucked into a flavorful assemblage of gently pulled meats on a respectable roll: soft but strong enough to contain the beefy goodness. fries is hot and crispity and go well with ketchup (go figure morning brought 30 seconds in the microwave and a repeat of smokey, sweet, sticky meats on a bun plus cold fries and ketchup for breakfast because that 's how I do this. passes the fridge test so yea!! (another pear cider would have been great except it is universally frowned upon by law enforcement before the morning drive good food, good service, good night. really hard to complain about my visit so I won 't.
