Shaner's Family - Paris

It was decent a decade ago, but it has been closed and demolished for about six years now!

The fresh haddock sandwich was just a Gordon's fish stick accompanied by a sad pile of fries; I would have preferred a Filet-O-Fish. The boiled dinner was an absolute disaster on a plate—it's hard to mess that up, but they managed. The staff was unprofessional and completely disorganized. The only redeeming moment of the meal was when we finally left the bill. It was truly a waste of time and money.

For dessert, I had the apple crisp with vanilla ice cream, which was quite good. The total bill came to around $14.10. Overall, the meal could have been better, but I felt satisfied after dessert. I would consider returning, but I would probably order something different, especially since they don't serve breakfast.
