La Meringaie - Paris 17e Arrondissement

We have come several times and have always been satisfied. But this time....We ordered a pie for 8 (although billed 39 euros because it was an ephemeral model) and despite the very precautionary transport, we found ourselves with a dessert in bulk type gloubi boulga. the fault of a almost non-existent pie bottom, too heavy and too abundant ganache and barely cut fruit. In short, from work to fast.At this level of price we are entitled to wait for something else.

1 meringue disc, barely 10 cl of whipped cream,4 red fruits,1corolle of meringue and 6,10 ! it is exaggerated and not super in taste.

This visit to meet all our expectations. beautiful shop, pleasant and smiling staff even on Saturday at the end of the day, the formula we chose was not available so they made it in any minute before our eyes. this dessert that we brought to our friends to win a success. It was good, fresh, light, sweet just what it takes to go with the acidity of raspberry and passion. Quickly go!

Delicious meringues honestly, I have tasted several kinds of them and it always does its effect when brought to a dinner. Note that you can customize your meringue by ordering in advance. I recommend the citrus version!

I tested the meringaie clothes, they are prepared the same day, at the back of the shop. the products used are of quality. I was afraid it was too sweet, but the melanges of flavors are very successful!
