Very good bistro 10 steps from Place de la République with traditional French cuisine with some touches of Charentes and South West. Very good selection of wines. The Plat Dessert menu has 30€ is of a very good value for money and has become rare on Paris. The service is smiling and friendly. I recommend without hesitation
