It was delicious, well cooked and prices were absolutely ok for Paris. Avocado Tatar was great.! :-)
Had the chance to order for lunch at the Strogoff just 2 minutes before they close the kitchen. I had a salmon Ceviche : very tasty, colored meal with the slightly sliced vegetables in a sweet sauce. Dessert : a pavlova made with top quality berries. The staff is very friendly and discreet. I enjoyed this lunch on the terrace enjoying the music. I recommend this place, you can go without hesitation!!
I had a wonderful time with my friend here, enjoying the trendy but cosy decor and warm ambiance with really nice people working there. We just had a drink and a cheeseboard, but were amazed at how beautifully everything was presented. Incredible attention to detail. The owners know how to make a customer feel treated and taken care of, and the price hasn't even been bumped up for the luxury. We will definitely be going back!
Walking to our hotel we spotted the Strogoff and we're attracted by the cool lighting and beer on tap and headed back for a spot of lunch. Our lovely waitresses pointed out that they were a tartare / raw restaurant which I hadn't clocked before but going on the premise of "when in France..." and all that we studied the menu and choose steak (for my beloved) and salmon (for me I wasn't brave enough to order the scallops). The waitress guided us through the menu and helped us choose sauces to go with the dishes... traditional for the steak and a citrus based sauce for the fish. The food was well presented and yummy. The dishes arrived with chips, salad and lots of bread. The sauces worked brilliantly perfectly balancing the salmon and steak which was tender and delicious.Lunch at Strogoff started our culinary experience in Paris brilliantly!
