Planet Sushi - Paris

This sushi plan feels as trendy as a new night club!!I love this place! SO much fun. And black rice sushi! Lots of creative vegetarian options! The quality of he food is great as any good sushi place, but what sets them apart is the ambiance and feel to the place, even if you do takeout. The design is so awesome. Brushed steel, roaring ink color with black, everything designed from the shops ticks to the soy sauce containers. It makes it fun to unwrap. The edamame is huge and chunky. The girls and guys who work there *at least in my neighborhood* are extremely hip and fit the whole urban vibe. I also like that they have sake. They are really understanding this thing about making take out food easy and fun. Their website has a Pinterest-looking function that makes it possible to Heart your favorites and save them. The pictures are so pretty and the web site is so smartly built that you adult get hooked! Warning! Addictive! And -playful desert sushi a with chocolate! Hurrah!

My boyfriend and I have only eaten here, once, with our friend. It is your normal, basic, not fabulous, but really craving sushi spot. They do deliver, though, so something to keep in mind if you live or stay in the area. I had a green roll, miso soup and seaweed salad. Not bad. None of us got sick. It was clean and service was fairly fast. A bit pricey, though, for the quality.

This place offers a large menu of different types of fusion-style and regular fast-food-sushi. I basically got what I could expect: cheap but tasteless sushi. The plate wasn't well decorated, the maki roll was cut in pieces from different lengths and the nori was very humid (not crispy) and had to be chewed. Would not recommend for the sushi lover, although it might satisfy clients from other fast food restaurants...
