Moi Pho Vietnam Kitchen - Paris

Excellent meal. Owner is funny and very nice. Overall, the dishes are not expensive and there is everything you can eat.

We stumbled over this beautiful restaurant during our first day in Paris. The food was very delicious and the staff was very friendly. It was a great experience.

Great trilingual service (mandarin, French, English). Nems were delicious. I used the included salad and mint leaves and they in the diving sauce: BOMB. I ordered a classic #1 Pho (has everything: intestine, brisket, fat, meatballs). I put all the basil and chile. Some of the brisket could have been cut slightly thinner to eat more easily. Flat noodles are used, which is a first for me with Pho. Breadh was tasty, but not overly complex. Decor is a plus in this restaurant. Rustic kitchen wood furniture and decoration. Nicely cool and not usual for Asian restaurants in the USA.

The phos are delicious (thick broth), thin cut beef and generous portions of sides (bean sprouts).

Very nice Vietnam/Chinese restaurant. We’ve stayed in London and Paris 12 days this trip. This was the best restaurant among the ones we tried. The pretty settings, nice owner, and especially the great food offered. My father insisted so we went there twice. This was the only restaurant we did twice during our 16-day trip. In addition it is located in the central tourist area.
