La Truffière - Paris

Excellent evening, excellent cuisine, excellent service!

This would be the best restaurant in Washington, DC.

Had a 7 course tasting dinner at this restaurant that specialises in truffles.

We had a wonderful dining experience at La Truffière My wife and I ordered the Menu Amore and a nice bottle of red wine The food was exceptional.

This is the second time I come to eat at La Truffière (at lunch and dinner) and every time I have had a good time. The kitchen: it's an explosion of flavors that makes us travel. The dishes are very pleasant and carefully erected, there is a lot of originality and research in the elaboration of these dishes. Service staff is always in small care for us, and is very professional. The agreement meets and wines are excellent, and the sommelier makes us discover very good wines, while telling us the history of these wines. Thanks again to the whole team, and soon!
