フィードバックを提供するSeptember 2022, expression menu with wine pairing that eating was overall fantastic, with some small misses thrown. considering how seasonal the menu is, I would bet that at another time of the year a completely different experience would be. the menu went nicely forward, started slightly and fresh and ended with an amazing fish course and a great lamb course. the dessert was a beautiful end, but did not match the experience of the remaining menu eating in agape was left off by the service. we were a big party (8,), but we have rated in other restaurants that are in this class with much better service. the front of the house seemed to be underoccupied for a whole house. they seemed very weakened with service, often without explanation food or wine to put on the table. more than once we had to call the server to ask what we were presented. we had a diner with a shellfish allergy (which they asked and recognized) and she got a mussel course. they replaced the curs after we remembered them, but that was clearly not their best night of service overall I would be willing to give them another attempt based on eating, but I was disappointed about the service.
Wow! this place was absolutely crazy! the food was perfect and the staff was incredibly nice and attentive – we will make sure we come back next time in paris!
We had the lunch card of 54 euro, which is specially created for the Fork Festival. the price was quite reasonable considering that it is a 1-star Michelin restaurant. we were very happy with eating and service. the only critique I have is dessert for the one whose taste was a little flat.
Very disappointing, over expensive and bad service on the food side. excellent wein recommendations, but too high price. I recommend thinking twice before I shot this restaurant. dinner for 4 people at 1600 euro, I think they can capture more worth at other places.
We had an excellent dinner! Selected the carte blanche menu with the wine pairing. The wine list is huge and has some incredible natural wines (that you won’t find in other Michelin restaurants) That being said the Sommelier took care of the pairing- She was super creative, the wine flowed perfectly with each dish. She answered all of our questions and explained everything. The portions were generous, the scallops, lobster and pasta, and wild boar tartar with Caviar were my highlights. Service was as expected, the owner even came over to announce a few of the dishes and talk with us. Very friendly and warm establishment. Looking forward to coming back.
