The owner definitely has a unique approach to customer service. If you express any dissatisfaction with what he's serving, you might end up getting scolded and accused of being a philistine who doesn't understand good food. Overall, he just comes across as a very angry individual.

I absolutely adore this place! It offers the best bacon and egg sandwich I've ever tasted. And don't even get me started on the pinwheels—they're fantastic and come in a variety of flavors. If you find yourself in Kapiti or just passing through, this spot is a must-visit!

As I only had the sweet chilly pinwheel can't comment on other foods but if it's like the pinwheel absolutely delishes. Inside and outside seating and dogs allowed on the outside areas

Delicious toasted sandwich and great coffee. Staff are lovely too. And not super noisy which makes it really relaxing as a place to meet a friend for a chat
