I stumbled upon this restaurant while walking through the mall and was pleasantly surprised. Their main offerings are tacos, including cheesy tacos, which can be ordered as a combo of three for a small discount. The meat they use is flavorful and tender, making for a delicious meal. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to provide recommendations and explanations of their menu items. The restaurant is conveniently located near Shake Shack in the Garden State Plaza, close to the AMC theater and food court. You place your order first and then can take a picture of it. There are a few outdoor seating options that are quite comfortable. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area!

I dined here for the first time and had a great experience! I typically just picked up chips when I worked next door, but today I tried the birria tacos, and I absolutely loved them! I added some cilantro and avocado sauce, plus extra cilantro to my cheesy taco. The customer service was outstanding! I really liked everyone there!

The barbecue-flavored tacos are absolutely delicious! The texture of the food is excellent, adding a unique twist to the tacos thanks to the way the meat is prepared. I highly recommend trying the grilled chicken, pork, and brisket. They're definitely a must-try!

Carlitos offers the best tacos I’ve ever had. Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. I'm a huge taco lover – in fact, I had them cater my wedding!
