Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Papillion

My fiancée and our family come since juli, three months, and have spent over a thousand dollars in this facility. Today we have been treated so badly that I can't say we have experienced this somewhere else. before a few weeks we ordered six smoothies, and each one of them was made wrong, I called and was told to come back into the load and they would correct the order, and went on to apologize as a new hired one had made them. I was informed that if in the future something would happen, we have to put the clothes in the shop within an hour to order them, and that this replacement was once polite. today we ordered smoothies again for our whole family, and one was done wrong. we ordered a sunrise sunset, and a sunshine smoothie (the sunshine so that we could all try it before we had to go to an appointment. we received two sun-snaps. I called in to ask for a replacement (after they were delivered less than 20 30 minutes after the order, and we were asked to bring them back into the load unattended. we did that, although that meant that my fiancée and I couldn't try it out. when the smoothes were brought back, we asked for a refund for the one who could not be tried and for the other who was wronged to be replaced. we have been reprimanded for our previous experience and said we will not refund them because we told him (again force me to bring them in and he came in without them. we explained what I was really saying, and everyone in the shop gathered to tell us that we were wrong and that they had told us otherwise. they refused to repay the wrong has been made and demanded that we give our name and our number to the owner to decide how to deal with this situation. I am very annoyed, how badly ill we were treated by the workers of this facility. we will not come back if this is the treatment we receive after we have come here for months to get friends with the staff.

Store manager was very loud and rude to me when I accidentally got the wrong drink at the counter. I brought it back after one swallow or two, but she refused to make another for me even after I apologized. the saving gnade was the friendly and understanding man who operated the cash that paid for my replacement drink when his own pocket. managerin who shouted at me could not understand honest human mistakes happen and that the people grab the wrong order on a regular basis, it is part of the food service industry!

This place is absolutely excellent, every time I come here. I could eat here for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and never complain.

Service is always nice and pleasant. this place makes some great smoothies

This is the best smoothie place in the area and the only one I'm aware of that makes smoothies based mostly on real fruit and vegetables instead of mixes and powders. Always very refreshing and fresh-tasting. After a few years of only going there for smoothies, I tried the flatbreads and wraps on a recent visit and was surprised by how good they were. The staff here have always been very friendly and patient. Only wish there was one in Bellevue.
