Mcdonald's - Papillion

This McDonald is great. You bring your food to your table. Then they come by and see if we were good or needed anything else. It is packed because of the nearby construction and we have not waited 5 minutes for food.

I frequently visit this McDonald's for a morning iced coffee and I've always had such a positive experience that I felt compelled to leave a review. While I know an iced coffee isn’t too difficult to make, I do have a couple of requests. What I appreciate most about this location is their speed and efficiency in the mornings, but more importantly, the friendliness of their drive-thru staff. A warm smile before I grab my coffee really makes a big difference!

I visited McDonald's today to grab lunch for my family. The restaurant was bustling, both inside and at the drive-thru, so I opted for a quick online order with curbside pickup. The food was excellent—everything was fresh and prepared exactly as we requested. The team member who assisted me was very friendly and patient. Overall, everything was great. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that I found the app a bit tricky for placing orders correctly. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal wait time, especially given how busy the restaurant was. The staff definitely deserves five stars for their quick service!

I'm not sure what everyone else is complaining about because this is just a fast food restaurant trying to operate with a limited staff during a pandemic. The staff has always been friendly, and I’ve never had any issues with my orders. If these people are so upset and don’t return, that just means I won’t have to wait in line behind them when they make a fuss over a $2 hamburger.
