2 stars are for the side dishes we ordered however, the hot pot was a massive disappointment. The meat tasted like it’s been in the freezer for so long to the point where it no longer tasted like meat! Everything else was just so low quality we couldn’t even finish our food. Fish and chips is trash. 1 piece of box fish from the supermarket and some fries.

Always love the food at sugarloaf. Recently they renovated and the table spacing kinda sucks. Please review your floor plan and organize your tables better with larger group tables e.g 6-8 people. Thanks Food: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Just had Mother's Day dinner here with my little family and my mum and really love the place. Atmosphere is very welcoming, warm and service was great. I ordered the Steak meal with fries and salad, can't go wrong with a greatly cooked steak. Had the deep fried wonton's, immaculate taste. Staff were so friendly.
